Could someone help me fix a professional portrait image?

I got a high quality photo taken last week that's to be used for my profile on a movie agency website. I'd like someone to fix two things in Photoshop.

1.) I have red eyes and look stoned all the time so it is very apparent on the photo. Hopefully you could fix this.

2.) I did a weird grin with my mouth and my lips seem mismatched. This is an extra as I don't know if anyone can actually 'move them' back into position without making them look even stranger.

PM me the link. I'll see if it's an easy fix. The mouth sounds a bit difficult, but I like a challenge. With red eye do you mean the whites of your eyes are bloodshot or you have "camera red eye"?

There are free apps that can do wonders these days. Not sure if you've tried this already, but it's worth a go. You can definitely remove "red eye" with the click of a button. I don't know the names of the apps off hand. You'd have to google it.
