Hi guys I just read about this herb "Corydalis Yan Hu Suo" which it says it's very potent for moderate to severe pain and nerve pain and also "It does not affect your morphine receptors, which raise your risk of addiction. Instead, it binds to dopamine receptors in your brain."

My condition in few words - I had very bad car accident in the end of 2014, leading to broken pelvis and damaged sciatic nerve, I have 3 surgeries, 4 titanium chains and 15 pins keeping my pelvis together (I apply picture to see what is inside me) and very long treatment. Now almost year and a half after the accident I have a steady office job (a good one) but I sit on a chair for 10 hours which makes the pain really bad even now.

I've tried maybe 2/3 of the pain killers on the market (starting with delauded IV and percoet to tramadol). I can't say I don't like the "side euphoric effects" of these pills. I visited many pain specialists and only one (my current) was willing to help me going thru the pain over the time, but even now she is trying to get me rid of these pills leaving me on tramadol for the pain and lyrica 150mg 2x daily for the nerve pain. The thing is before the tramadol worked really good - last summer 2 x 50mg daily kept me away from pain and in a really boosted great mood, but now even if I take 15 per day (which is 2 times over the daily recommended dosage) doesn't really work and I am trying alternative ways to keep my pain away and to keeps me in good mood (or get at least some euphoric experience).
I start reading about alternative ways to get that good experience and pain relieve and found out about this Chinese stuff
Corydalis Yan Hu Suo. My questions are:
1. Does it really work good?
2. If it works does it help with moderate to severe pain - like 5-8 out of 10. (10 is my worst pain experience in the hospital. 9 is the 1st and 2nd months after my discharge, 8. is the next 4 months of physical therapy and after that the pain is keeping between 5 and 7 during warm seasons and 7 to 8 during cold seasons)
3. Does it help for your mood or even can you create an euphoric experience
