Cookie Dough - can anyone educate me on this this?

Hello I've been hearing whispers of a new drug coming into my area that is supposedly already popular on the coastal states. Can anyone give me the 411 on Cookie Dough? I know it consists of fentynol but how is it made? How is it used? How is it sold? Just want to know what to watch out for. Thank you!
