Hi I never posted before so don't know how to word this here it goes I used to get tan concerts 27 now they changed them to crush resistent big white pill I use a zester to grind it up now but omg it makes a horrible mess in my nose and when I blow it the burgers stretch out for feet or meters depending were your from it still has same effect maybe even better but it doesn't seem as safe please someone help and please don't say take the way prescribed no crap take that way I'm looking for another way than that
