Thanks for the reply.Depends what you're trying to achieve. If you want to boost it's effects, then simply take more (54mg or 72mgs). If you want to smoothen out it's effects then L-Theanine is good for taking the edge off and avoiding a hard crash while still allowing the boost in clarity and focus. Certain forms of Magnesium can help in this regard as well. L-Tyrosine will help to counteract catecholamine depletion so should be taken afterwards.
