Chewing the pill,is same thing as you would remove The depot mechanism from the tablet. The outer shell contains about~20% of methylphenidate. So the shell has a good amount of The substance.

I use a zester with the 27 mg look for the side with the hole. Don't zest the dark part that contains no medication.I just got 36 mg and I don't know if it's the brand but they are a lot more moist I've still been resting but they are a little messy. Just remember not to snort the dark part as it will turn the pill to gum in your nose.
