Complete drug test kit?

I got some Ritalin 40's LA from someone and think they switched out the beads. They were brown capsule with NVR on top and R40 on bottom but the beads were bigger than normal and impossible to crush, they kind of just flattened. So i did one sublingual which I've done all the time to stay awake and keep focused but when this one kicked in, it knocked me out like a sleeping aid. Does anyone know of any kind of drug that looks similar to the beads in Ritalin LA.? I'm really nervous not knowing what I just took. I can't believe someone would risk killing someone else (drug allergy or interaction) just to make some money. Very disturbing

Could be some generic rip off / copy - could be anything really.

Guessing the chemical is pretty pointless. If you don't know what you took then we certainly dont.
