Benzos Coming off Flubromazolam

Hi

had bad insomnia for last 10 years or so, have gotten myself in problems in the past with zopiclone. was an unpleasant time

anyway last 3 years ive got 2 of etiz use mostly daily at around 3-4mg. the last year i changed to flubromazolam and managed to keep the dose low, so 0.25mg-0.5mg for a normal day. some days off but not many.

ive now stopped use.

I have at hand less than 20 benzos of diclazapam and flubromazolams

i know this is far from ideal.

I was prescribed mirtazipine recently which i started once i stopped the benzos. Remarkabley it works ok for sleep but i havent had much of any noticeable wds

its been 2 weeks since last benzo intake. Should i be feeling it well and truly by now? is the mirtazpine saving the shit out of me or can i expect horribleness asap

mirtazipine isn't a benzo, it just helps with sleep and anxiety so you should be fine coming off of mirtazipine. you may feel a little on edge and sleep might be a bit of chore for a night or two but take this as a learning experience and don't repeat you mistakes. you'll be fine
