Opioids Cold water extraction?

So i just did my first cold water extraction. I used 5 Tylenol 3s. at first i was using two paper towels as a filter then i swapped to an old shirt because I just felt like it wasn't working. would either of those work? the water i drank tasted terrible and i can feel the itches already, but i feel like i just wasted 5 pills. Im probably just being paranoid. im kinda opiate naive i only take like 20-30mg of hydrocodone to get high is 5 T3s enough? prefer weed, but im looking for a new job and had these things laying around.

200mg of codeine = about 30 hydrocodone orally. So your 150mg dose of codeine would have equaled close to 22mg hydrocodone.
