Opioids Cold water extraction Co- codamol

Hi all

I’ve been on prescription co-codamol 30/500mg for many years now and obviously have a dependency now. How do I go about using the CWE method?

Seen a few guides but only for over the counter low dose codeine . How many tablets do I use etc ?

The guides for lower dose over the counter codeine pills will work equally well on the ones you have.

Just an obligatory disclaimer, taking higher doses will greatly increase tolerance making your standard doses much less effective for whatever you legitimately need them for. Maybe try talking to your doctor

Bump. I need to get off NSAIDS as it causes me rectal bleeding. I am scripted 90mgn co-codamalmper day. How do I do a cold water extraction in the interest of hr. I already have a high tolerance to opiods.
