Maybe you should consider other possibilities for causing it, have you seen a dermatologist or rather your GP for starters? Going to see your doc for something bothersome is really a lot more helpful than asking a forum... we're not actually here for medical advice though I'm sure people care to help, but at the very least make it a legit webdoc instead of a forum..
But it sure does seem allergy-related, whatever the trigger. Allergies are weird, you can develop them, they can go away... so definitely see someone to check if there are ways you can find out possible triggers so that you know what to avoid - and you know, possibly get some proper cream.
