Benzos Codeine with acetaminophen vs promethazine

I have some codiene syrup with acetaminophen and I'm trying to make some lean, is this gonna have the same effect as codeine with promethazine? I also happen to have promethazine pills, should I take all that together
 
the codeine/promethazine (lean) syrup is just more sedating than the codeine/APAP syrup. It doesn't enhance the high in any way ONE and just makes me groggy. Don't take above 2000mg of APAP in a single dose. If you like feeling sleepy then go ahead and pop a phenergan tablet with it, but it will just enhance the sweating effects, not the euphoria.
