Harm Reduction Codeine Phosphate Chlorpheniramine Maleate Separation?

So in Taiwan I've been struggling to find a decent codeine preparation, this is seemingly the best one I've found after checking like 7 pharmacies. Sorry for not laying it out the best way.

The gist of it is I seem to be able to obtain liquid containing codeine phosphate, chlorpheniramine maleate and maybe dl-methylephedrine hcl (I can't find its solubility) using a cold water extraction. I am deducing this based off the water solubility of each chemical and comparing it to acetaminophen's. How could I go about removing the CPM and methylephedrine? More specifically, the CPM as I imagine it'd be uncomfortable and it would reduce codeine high.

This will be very difficult to do at home. A solvent like ether (i.e., ethyl ether) might preferentially extract the codeine (relative to chlorpheniramine) to a fair degree, but still might yield an unwanted amount of chlorpheniramine (particularly given chlorpheniramine's high potency as an antihistamine).

And even if ether did work very well I still wouldn't recommend using it as its not worth burning your house down over a little bit of codeine (ether is exceptionally flammable).
