Opioids codeine or tramadol?

basically i’m trying to decide whether to get codeine or tramadol. i love codeine but i hate having to take so many pills at once to feel it. i’ve never tried tramadol and have heard mixed things about it so yeah just looking for opinions
 
Tramadol all the way!!


200-400mg spread over the course of an hour & you'll be feeling good for 6-8hrs (depending on your tolerance).

It also depends on if you're a good metabolizer for tramadol or not. Tramadol does fuck all for some people. But for people with the right liver enzymes, tramadol can absolutely beat the hell out of codeine any day. It's longer lasting, stronger & more stimulating & euphoric in my experience.

I rarely felt shit from codeine & when I did, it was very short lived & nothing like tramadol or even heroin.
 
If you can opt for Tapentadol/Palexia this will be even more potent but only 1 step above as tramadol is to codeine, this however is far less toxic to your body and provides norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors and is a weak actor of the benzoid system. The Slow release are 50-100-150-200-250 and the slow depending on country 50-75mg they are about 5x weaker than oxycodone and .3 the strength roughly of morphine. However I have not just a personal affliction to tramadol and not so great reactions. I have known only more and more pain specialists and anaesthetists that have complete removed tramadol from their tool belt if you will.
 
I agree but Tramdol is save for long term use. U can take Tramadol let say for a life and won't get any organs' failure.
 
Codeine has a subtle understated charm and is good for chilling out.

Tramadol is more of doing drug but is also a dirty drug. It has it's positives too.

Are you wanting to spend the time chilling out or being more active?

Fuck it, just take em both alternating every couple hours or so. That is good. But respect your tramadol dosage n don't overdo it.

This is actually good idea to use both tramadol and codeine but be sure to use mostly tram and and just a little codeine to boost opioid activity. They have interesting synergy in ratio 2tram:1codeine or 3:1 ratio.
 
Yeah I was addicted to trams for a very very long time it's great for getting shit done and being active...also at high enough dose you will be nodding and decent euphoria damn near most of your day and smoke a lil herb you are for sure chillin like a villain BUT even while I was super addicted to trams(like needed 6-8 50mg pills just to get the shakes and shit away and "feel" it, of course I would end up taking another 4-6 or even more later on through the day. It's a serious lil bitch and I kid you not you will feel how nasty they can make you feel during the binge or each morning when you wake up.

I used to climb mountains just to score codeine or hydros and xanax just so my head could feel normal and more relaxed..that noreprinephrine IN TRAMS ain't no joke with its speedy feeling, and the slow crawl out of your skin when in WD..

Having both sounds very beneficial. In fact tramadol still slaps even while on suboxone because it's a synthetic opioid with SNRI.

If it was codeine or hydrocodone..Lord knows I would side with the dros.

Tramadol is still a fantastic opioid with an energetic property BUT if you have or can get lots of codeine, I think the euphoria is just as enamoring just much more sedating.

Co-signed. Anything with the Dro ;) God I love T3's and Cheratussin I got chronic Bronchitis as a kid and this was in the 90's/ early 2000's and every I got it as a kid they gave me Tussionex or Cheratussin or sometimes Prometh. with Codeine :cool: I was must've been around 8 Years old maybe 10 when my Mother would put the Codeine So high up the the Kitchen I couldn't reach :cry: but I got that rush from Codeine that warm blanketed feeling from it so young. I'll never forget that buzzy type of Codeine Flavor. Nothing could match that first rush of Codeine.

Codeine for sure, no dirty side effect's (among them keeping you awake) and no seizure risk.

Would someone have depression Tramadol is offcourse usefull, but you'll ne a prescriptioon at least. But for a opiod it suck's, o-DSMT is way better besides its Nor-Ephinerine reuptake action.

Codeine is imo the better one, but you'll have to lower your tolerance. How bout Kratom, I prefer Kratom to Tramadol.
 
I would most definitely opt for tramadol. However, I seem to metabolize it very well, and all works very very very well to me. I’ve been taking it for 15+ years and would take tramadol over most anything. Then again, the dosage I take, is enough choke horse, and most people would fall out with seizures. Just beware if you keep taking it for an extended period of time the withdrawal on it is absolutely the worst.
 
Cool thing about Tramadol (at least for me) it's buzz seems to bust through my bupe even at 4mg, could just be the SNRI property but I don't really feel the difference.
Also fent usually does the same thing and once in a blue moon(if I haven't had hydrocodone in awhile), the dros will work for me if my bupe dose is 2mg or lower, but this is just a crazy phenomenon that rarely occurs for me, usually happens when I haven't had them or oxy in like 2-3 weeks, empty stomach and on low dose sub.
My theory is that bc I snort every oxy that tries to block my path, I sometimes get higher when taking hydrocodone bc I of course swallow dem bitches down the hatch which I never do with other opioids..I have tried to go back to just oral oxy but ain't the same.
A bit off topic but yes codeine for sure especially if it's grip of tablets, lots of trams is great too but godamn that withdrawal the next morning ain't no joke and if you keep taking the trams you will feel the nastiness inside ur gut, gives you a lil shake and a chill, until it kicks in and your head gets all speedy(which is wanted usually) and then go about your day, Oh and trams also have pretty good legs too but I had to drop that shit & cut my mafuckin losses because tram addiction gets gnarly, only every once in awhile now, especially since drs aren't handing them out like candy any more.
