i have a lot of itch on codein take 10mg of loratadin resolve this ? its safe ?

Yes it is perfectly safe to combine the two.

Codeine causes a pretty strong histamine reaction in some people so taking an antihistamine should do the trick. Make sure you have no allergies to the drugs you are taking and you can also check drug interactions online via prescription information sites that go in depth into drug interactions.

You don’t say your codeine dose, but as a pair should be fine. I find Loratadine also helps with nausea as well as histamine release!!

I see that you got my advice and you're using it, I'm very satisfied honestly lol. usually take a 10mg one 30 minutes before dosing codeine, if it doesn't work, you can dose another 10mg after the first try. but don't dose over that
