Codeine and Gabapentin

So i will be getting 100 of 30mg codeine phosphate pills, and 100 300mg gabapentin.
I've done codeine several times before and enjoyed it, mostly in the range of 90-130 mg, with some antihistamines and my prescribed mertazapine. I've never yried gabapentin yet, and i don't plan on using it with codeine at first. I'm roughly 5'8" and weigh 9 stone-ish, and also smoke weed pretty regularly. What can people reccomend as far as dosage for the gaba, with and without codeine.
Also does anyone know of any good codeine potentiators other than gfruit juice? I have some omeperazole around, also can buy antihistamines but have some chlorphenamine lying around if anyone's tried that?

For the gaba, I would stagger the dosage by taking first 3 and then 3 about 45 mins later. For the codeine, I would start at 150mg and work my way upward from there
