Codeine 30mg + 500mg APAP in Dissolvable form

Basifying should help the extraction, aspirin base should be insoluble in a non-polar solvent.
 
Yeah that's a bitch but it's not worth the risk. Don't want to risk damaging your liver. :\
 
There was is a post about someone almost dying from a CWE using chemist brand Ibuprofen mix (my preferred), it almost killed him. Reading the pack it contained Ibuprofen Lysine.
Same as Ibuprofen just more acidic. It was developed to dissolve in water so that it could be administered by drip. I always check before a CWE that I have the correct Ibuprofen.
never seen it or understand why some chemistry fucker would play such a joke on people.

Started ranting, feel the the need to continue. Why give Panadeine Forte? "Here take 60 mg of codeine, oh and two panadol" "why do I need the two Panagol doc"? "You don't. it is just poisen we add to the Codeine so that if you try take more Codeine than I say your liver will explode, we call this 'Harm Minimisation'" /rant
