Does cocaine make you hear things? Sometimes voices, very subtle, whispering, hear noises from the ceiling, the walls and also the feeling of being watched. Does it happen with other people?

What OpiateKrzy said. Hearing voices is not a "typical" effect of acute Cocaine ingestion. As with essentially any stimulant, one can experience complete dissociation from reality and vivid hallucinations by one of two common routes: Ingesting a very large amount of a given stimulant in a single sitting, like, several times what it would take to achieve euphoria and other desired effects or by remaining awake for long periods of time i.e. sleep-deprivation.
