Cocaine use

My friend took a tiny line of blow and has smoked two blunts and about 7 cigs throughout the day and now he is really nauseated, lightheaded and feels really sick. I can?t tell if he smoked the cig to fast and is feeling ill from that or if it?s the blow.... help please and thank you

Yeah the cocaine has definitely worn off by now. Even good blow usually only lasts about 30 to 45 mins.

And I can almost guarantee it wasn't good blow.

99% sure it wouldn't be the coke. Either the cigarette or he just feels sick from something completely unrelated.

I'd venture to guess the cigs

When I was younger and would do a bunch of blow and smoke more cigs than usual I would often get nauseous after like the 4th or 5th one...
