cocaine start dose and lungs damage

I am planning to do coke and I was wondering what a first-time dose would be, and how often can I do it so that it doesnt cause significant damage to my lungs

Start small with cocaine- take little bumps. Sniff it lightly as to allow absorption. If you inhale too hard, you're essentially swallowing it.
I've never had lung issues from snorting coke but nasal irritation is a possibility.
