Cocaine & Health Worries

Lately I have been doing Cocaine. (Smoking crack). It has been literally 5 years since I was heavily smoking crack.
For some reason, after I take my blast and the rush wears off, I get. so extremely tired that I can fall asleep. I am literally struggling to write this Post as I just taken a blast and am falling asleep.
Is this a dangerous sign of maybe my health or a heart problem ? I am afraid to go to sleep as I feel I won't wake up.


Any thoughts would be appreciated

maybe be with someone you know? pref someone with a narcan kit.
the only thing i worry about is fent - we don't get it too much in the UK but it sounds like its turning up in everything in the US

Yeah who knows.... absolutely​ no crash or comedown on this stuff which at the least is a plus, I just have the fear in the back of my mind that if I fall asleep after using cocaine I will die in my sleep as it as happened to a friend of mine.

sorry to hear about your friend, and yeah hence why i always have someone with me when i do coke (plus i chat so much chit when i'm rushing that i physically need someone to rant at.)
