Cocaine and blood donation

What is the risk in doing cocaine and then donating blood at a work function the next day? Only a small amount was ingested but the paranoia is without a doubt kicking in.

As long as you're in good health, it shouldn't be a problem. They ask you some screening questions to ensure you don't have diseases like malaria, hepatitis or HIV. They also prick your finger for a sample to check you are not anemic.

Sometimes they will ask you if you have used drugs recently, so just tell them the truth, or just don't donate any blood at all.

I wonder if there was enough of any given drug in someone's system and they donated if the recipient would get a high from it.
