Clonazepam New Script and Filling in Different State/ Pharmacy Question

Hi, I'm new here so I have no idea if this is the right area to be asking this but I'll try it out.

I'm prescribed klonopin and filled my last script while on vacation and paid cash rather than use insurance because my grocery store pharmacy had no locations in Florida and it's not expensive.

My question is whether or not this transaction is viewable by pharmacies back in my home state (not a neighboring state of Florida nor do we have any of the grocery story pharmacy I used there in my state). It's been a particularly stressful month and I'm going to run out a few days earlier than my usual pharmacy permits.

I have a handwritten script dated a week ago (for the same dosage I usually get), so would this technically be an early refill if my pharmacy & insurance don't have my last script on file (or do they?)

I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
