Citric Acid for #3 Heroin

I currently have some #3 brown heroin from the Netherlands. I know it must be broken down with an acid, but unfortunately all I can find is citric acid that I got at Walmart. And I didn't even realize it until I got home, but it says it has less than 2% silicon dioxide in it. This shit isn't gonna work for IV use, is it?
