Hi all,

try half a mug of dairy, oat drink (nice) or your alternative milk,

top up with water, microwave or boil in pan,

add cinnamon a sprinkle or tea spoonful.

add sugar or maple syrup. 1 tea Spoonful.

stir...

Not sure if it’s anti-anxiety but it’s damn sure good ;)

I’ve always felt hot drinks alone impart some sort of psychoactive effect. The act of filling ones self with warm beverage seems to relax us.

Real milk also has opioid like compounds in small amounts, along with sugar which further adds to the psychoactive effect.

Calcium also can relax.
