Cigarette’s make me feel like I’m rolling

I rarely smoke cigarettes, but when I do I get such an intense head and body high. The high makes me feel like I'm rolling balls for a good 5 minutes. I’ve rolled a countless amount of times and I love it. Does this happen to anyone else?
