Choking/asphyxiation during sex?

i dont know why.. but when i orgasm, i find that if i hold my breathe, it comes on a lot stronger. im not sure if this is normal or not
 
My ex loved to be choked during sex, but it was more about power than anything else. Just a firm grip, I've got fairly strong hands and didn't want to seriously hurt her, as the throat area's quite fragile... Still, good fun for all involved.

Overall she was more into breath control. If she wanted me to get her off quickly, one hand over her mouth, one hand down there. Never failed.

Never tried actually cutting off blood supply for better orgasms, it was more just a power/control thing. The breath control may have made them better for her, but she never mentioned it.
