Heroin chocking on vomit

i have been smoking heroin throughout the day, i feel quite sick now but very sleepy. im scared that i might vomit in my sleep. is this a possibility as although i feel quite sick i am not that high so surely i would wake if i was to be sick? or is there a risk that i wont wake and choke.
 
Are you alone? It would help if there a friend or family member that can sit with you. If you feel like you're going to fall out, don't hesitate to phone for an ambulance.
 
i am alone, but i do not feel that high at all just nauseous.
 
i think i will just wait it out until i dont feel sick anymore.
 
I'd say it's pretty unlikely you'll vomit & choke in your sleep, but do you think you could vomit before you go to sleep? That would probably stop the nausea before you sleep & help your anxiety about it.
If you can't stay awake, lie in the recovery position to fall asleep
 
thanks for responses guys! definitely wont eat before bed after chasing all day again!
 
Well done! Still put yourself in the recovery position when you go to sleep, even if you don't stay in it in the night, but I'm sure you'll be fine
