Cheating to plateau sigma?

I was pondering how to cheat the large amounts of DXM needed to reach plateau sigma, and I thought of a reasonable method. Since plateau sigma is reached when DXM starts agonizing heavily the sigma 1 receptors, wouldn't stopping entirely the metabolism of DXM through strong CYP2D6&3A4 Inhibitors cause something like a low second plateau dose of DXM to cause large enough sigma activation to send a user to plateau sigma? Has anyone tried something like this? Does anyone know any more info on the topic? If nobody has before, I'm thinking of recording myself trying varying doses with strong inhibitors of P450.
