Anyone have a protocol or advice for how to travel (visit family at their house) without suffering debilitating suffering from cross contact?
I made my own food and took it in containers. other than that I made rice.
i clean all plates and cutlery before I use it.
ive eliminated all the easy points of failure (wooden spoons, cutting boards, etc)
im tired of choosing between seeing my family and not bleeding from my butthole
