Caught Smoking Weed

So I had a drug diversion when I was 17 for weed. The other day I got busted for sitting in the car not running with a mate smoking a joint each with a second on Us. I have a court date and I was just wandering what are the "consequences" of getting caught smoking weed in a public place.
