The last few years I've been considering becoming wheeler, especially dealing with precious metals and gen stones rather than being an artisan.
Does anyone have ideas of how to get into the business without a metallurgy or geology degree? I love science and would be perfectly happy studying metallurgy but I'm concerned that most high end jeweled are more cornered with style(obviously) than the chemical/structural properties of he materials.
Any advice would be awesome.
