Can't do it alone

I just started using heroin and can't shoot myself up I'm sick an need to know how else to do it I know smoking but can someone explain exactly how please

It may be a good thing that you don't know how to inject drugs. Once you start, it's very hard to quit this practice. Maybe have a friend show you how they do it? This is a thread that will help you but give this some more consideration. Be safe!
