Technical Problem Can't DM from any browser

HI, I've tried to DM someone and as soon as I go onto the private page it says "oops, something went wrong. Check the error code or try again later".
It's not throwing an error code though and it's doing it on every browser I try. Am I not allowed to DM or is it broken?

DMs are working. Try clearing your cookies/cache. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser.

Sorry @MajjBenzo42 no idea how this was missed before. The issue is to do with the firewall getting a bit jumpy at times and blocking various actions. DMs should be working again now though, as said above.
