No experience with that particular product, but in general cannabis can provide a lot of pain relief & potentiate other pain killers without increasing the chance of a dangerous overdose. Some types of cannabis provide more pain relief than others, maybe you'll need to experiment & find a product that works well for you.
You might find vaporized cannabis more effective & more immediate effects, it's a lot easier to titrate the dose if it is vaporized too, so you can get as much pain relief as you need without being too impaired.
Oral doses can sometimes take more than an hour to take effect & can be affected by stomach contents.
