Can you dab meth like THC wax?

I was thinking of hitting some meth like they were dabs out of my nectar collector.
Would this work if I add a tiny bit of 0mg vape juice, maybe a drop of water?

I've seen quite a few people use nectar collectors for hot rails, so I would think you could "dab" meth with it. The folks I saw doing hot rails with them just busted up lines and went at it, so I don't think you'll need to add vape juice or water.
