A kid at school has a double stacked Rolls Royce that he has had for a month, and he dosnt want it, so i might buy it off him tomorrow. Could it have gone "bad" within a month's time? I think he probably was just storing it in a plastic baggie in his house somewhere...so what should i do? buy it or not?
