Can I take 40mg oxy after 3mg clonazepam 8 hours ago?

Calculating about eastern standard time 8:32 AM to 9 AM. I took 3 mg of clonazepam. I have a pretty strong tolerance. Can I take 40 mg of Oxy now?

Do you mean can you do it or do you mean can you do it more than once?

Tolerance to what? The T1/2 of OC is 2.5 hours. Clonazepam has a much longer T1/2 of 19-60 hours (I know - a huge variation).
