Can I safely combine shrooms with amitriptyline?

Hello everyone. Despite diligent searching both on this forum and across the web, I seem to have hit a wall. For some time now, I've been under medical supervision, managing pain with a daily dosage of 40mg amitriptyline. My goal is to gradually reduce this dosage, either to discontinue it entirely or to determine the smallest effective amount. Amidst this, I'm considering resuming my biannual shroom sessions and microdosing. My question is: Can I safely combine shrooms with amitriptyline? If there's an obvious guide or resource I've overlooked, I'd be grateful to be pointed in its direction for future reference. Thank you so much for your time and help.

https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/2558572 Might have what you want. Never tried the combo myself. Seems like they (all antidepressants except maois) weaken psychedelic effects. Try it out, psilocybin shrooms have never actually hurt anyone, worst case it don't work.
