can I mix benzos and mdma?

You can do benzos pretty safely.
Sometimes when I do molly I like to take 1-3mg of alprozelam with it.
Helps with the comeup a bit for me, but it´s different for everyone.
But no real safety issues with that combo.

You can mix benzos and MDMA, there are no dangerous interactions.

If you have MDMA though, panic should not be a concern.

Some people have no trouble sleeping as soon as they are mostly down to baseline some can't.

I'd save the benzos for the comedown. You should be safe in terms of interaction. If you take the benzos before it's likely to blunt your roll significantly.

I think with mdma it would be fine. I usually recommend against it when it comes to speed though.

I believe it's necessary to have a fast acting benzo on hand when rolling, u never know if things go south or not.

Low doses if you have a tolerance (0.25-0.5mg Xanax or equivalent) can be enjoyable and don't diminish the roll too much, but IMO benzos are best saved for the comedown to smooth it out and get a good nights rest.

I have rolled on larger doses of benzos though and I just end up having to take more MDMA and I still have had great experiences, just sucks because the increased MDMA dose brings side effects. Ow my mouth
