Title says it all. Looking for someone who actually cares enough to answer a few basic questions that you've probably already answered 100 times. I've been around, I know it's annoying, but I need to talk to someone who is informed. Please pm me.
 
feel free to start a thread in support for this kind of thing. a public question will be seen by more eyes and should get more answers.
