Can hot cross buns make constipation worse?

I know they have opiates in them or opiate components and I'm gonna have some now cuz I got munchies, anyway I'm just wondering if they could effect the constipation or any other opiates in the system like a low key interaction or something? just wondering is all

A hot cross bun is just a spiced sweet bread with raisins or currants in them, definitely no opiates involved.

I can only assume that the OP is referring to buns with poppy seeds on top - but those aren't hot cross buns, neither are they active in any way shape or form...
