Opioids Can an IM/IV vial be taken SubQ?

Would it be safe to take subcutaneously a drug if the vial says "IM or IV". What's the difference that makes it not be suitable for subq?

Yes depends but most recreational drugs it doesn't make much of a difference to my knowledge. Just slightly slower onset and lower efficiency subcutaneously
 
We would need to know the drug to have an idea. It's not automatic that they can be safely or effectively be used SC.

Likely, but not automatic.
