I've got to have a blood and urine test in 10 days. I'm not concerned about testing positive for dexamphetamine and concerta, as they are both prescribed to me by a psychiatrist, basically I'm prescribed 54mg concerta a day and 20mg dex. I'm wondering if I had a more than prescribed in my system, can they detect the extra drugs in my system at a higher level than it should be???

I dont think so
I also think these questions are banned so better off asking duckduckgo, or Google if you dont mind them tracking you

For immunoassay, no. It will only show that you've exceeded the cut-off threshold. Any positive results are usually then sent to the lab for GC/MS, in which case it depends upon how much more you're using than prescribed.

For serum levels, again, it depends upon how much more you're using than prescribed.

It's probably best to take your medication as prescribed to avoid any potential discrepancies.
