Calcimimetics and MDMA? (CYP2D6 inhibitor)

Do calcimimetics, like Sensipar, interact with recreational MDMA use? I've read that Sensipar is a very strong CYP2D6 inhibitor, so I'm trying to interpret this in terms of the safety and quality of a future roll.
