Yes, water and a wheel filter is all you need.
It is the best way to use o-dsmt from my experience.
On a curious side note the last thing I ever IV'd was o-desmethyltramadol. The other day I found a post on here I made in 2009 after injecting a gram of it over the course of an evening, after which I said I'm not going to inject anything ever again. I actually stuck to that haven't injected anything since.
