Buying on dark net in Ireland question

Hello everyone,

I want to know if anyone has any experience buying from the dark net in Ireland and how safe it is. I want to buy some MDMA from the dark-net from a guy that ships from Ireland so it's not international, which I believe is safer. I also have the option between sending to a post-box in an internet cafe and my home address, I think my home address will be less prone to suspicion as the internet cafe's address might be blacklisted or something.

Anyone did this before here, what are the consequences?
