Buying Noopept to stack with Cannabis?

I remember a while ago, I would often take Piracetam when I smoked, to get a lucid and richer high.

For those of you that do not know, Piracetam will enhance music, vision and even your vocabulary, so it is great to try when smoking.

(Food is amazing on this combo)

That being said Piracetam is now harder to obtain, and I have heard Noopept is legal and 1000x as potent.

I am going to try a small 200mg bumb before I smoke next, but first I need to acquire some Noopept.

Does anyone know where I can buy it in pure powder form? (Not a tablet with filler.)

Also any idea if I can sprinkle it into my joint and smoke it?

I have done this with Noopept, it works great!

Noopept is a Racetam just like Piracetam so it is expected.

In terms of smoking Noopept 8( not sure why you would want to do that, I imagine it would be really harsh, that being said I cannot find any evidence that Noopept works when combusted, I know from experience Noopept e-liquids also do not work.

I am sure about taking a "bump" just swallow it like any normal Racetam.

please review forum rules regarding source/vendor links, racetams are still prescription-only in some countries so local customs may seize it as contraband
