Opioids Buprenorphine - Basic advice.

So good people. I'm back to 4mg a day and looking to further taper off. I don't know the best way to do it. I get 4 x 2mg tablets to take away.
Guess what I'm looking for is what to drop to next 2mg? And then how do I get down lower.? Snap a 2mg in half so I'm taking 1mg? Then there is 94mg tablets here in UK. I guess I go to that. Again any help much appreciated.
 
No need to snap, there are 0.4mg and even 0.2mg subutex prescribable. The 0.2s are practically microscopic...
 
I always waited as long as possible for it to dissolve and then swallowed that disgusting mess. Kinda like mopping up gravy off a plate you know?
