Bupe start time

Using 80-100 mg a day of OxyContin IV. How long should I wait until my first dose of bupe. I have read different times 8-24 for oxy ir but 24-36 for OxyContin. Im iv’ing so I figure its a lower time frame right?

Search for the COWS scale. It’s a helpful chart of symptoms that you need to be experiencing before taking your first dose of bupe. For me it was about 36 hours (I was taking less mg than you) but even then I did have some precipitated withdrawal symptoms. But things might have been a lot worse if I hadn’t used the COWS scale.
